Download and install the Weather+ by Oregon Scientific app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Weather+ by Oregon Scientific on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Weather+ by Oregon Scientific"
- The search will reveal the Weather+ by Oregon Scientific app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Weather+ by Oregon Scientific is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Weather+ by Oregon Scientific.

Portrait mode only

Got bar228 for Xmas so haven't done much with it, but my initial impression is that it does almost as much as most of the this app apps available. Rather a simplistic approach and I'm glad I didn't pay for it.
The one immediate dislike is the portrait mode only. Am I the only person who detests portrait mode for certain applications?
Hoping I'll change my mind about the gadget and the app.

Nice App, missing data export

The interface is nice, simple, and easy. Use this with the BAR228 Advanced Bluetooth sensor and get some insight into the conditions around my houseplant shelf. Wish it had a way to export the logs of temperature, humidity, and pressure to, e.g., CSV via email or airdrop.
