Download and install the Intercom for Sonos app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Intercom"
The search will reveal the Intercom for Sonos app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Intercom is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Intercom.

To get Intercom on Windows 11, check if there's a native Intercom Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Intercom:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Intercom" » Click "Install" to install Intercom for Sonos

Amazing app

This is my favorite app on my phone. It does what it says in a really nice way. Instead of shouting things like “dinner’s ready,” we can push a button and send a message to our kids... and it’s hilarious! The app broke when Sonos changed something about their speaker detection, but the developer released a new version that fixed it. Now it works flawlessly again. Highly recommended.

I love this app as I use it as an this app throughout my house. I was really sad when it stopped working and couldn’t find any of my Sonos speakers. I emailed the developer and he not only responded to me directly but he fixed the problem. All I needed to do was delete the app from my phone and redownload and install it from the App Store. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing when it uses to work

Doesn't work any more, no updates, no support. When it uses to work: Best part present in the app, but missing from description: after it finish it resumes whatever was played at original volume on each speaker. Also adds ability to save speaker groups, something that Sonos app is missing. Unfortunately it works about 50% of the time. Sometimes it shows that it plays the message but speakers are silent. Sometimes it increases the volume but fails to bring it back. Also it doesn't mute music before it adjusts volume

You can't select specific groups of speakers. You either select one, or "all call". I suppose if you pick a speaker that's already in a predefined group, you get something in between, but more granular control would be nice. Otherwise, an AWESOME app. (Update: They added ability to have groups. 5 stars!)
