Like the app but....

I’ve been using this app for a year or so and really enjoyed it BUT now it’s not saving any new mp3 files. It will convert, then even put a notification over the mp3 tab but as I click into my saved files it’s gone. I made the mistake of purchasing hoping it would allow more files to be saved thinking that was the issue. NOPE. So.. I guess for those songs I was able to convert it was great. But if I can’t save anything else why keep it..

This app isn’t working. I just got a new phone and I wanted to convert to mp3 and it was not working, it sent the screen that says converting and the notification was on the mp3 tab so I pressed it but nothing was there. I thought it was a glitch so I deleted the app and then downloaded it again but it still didn’t work. I really want to know how to fix this and if anyone had the same problem and can help . The developer has to fix this bc a lot of ppl have a problem w converting. There is no point in keeping this app anymore if it can’t function correctly 🥶

This is a really great appI really recommend you guys using this app but only has one glitch that gets me mad so I was listening to the playlist when I was editing my the app until it just stop randomly I was thinking “ok it’s just gonna happen one time that it.” But then it just happen again it still gets annoying

But there is somethings that aren’t working I’m noticing that sometimes you can’t convert videos and it says it’s put it into mp3 but when you go to check it isn’t there I’m sure you are trying your best just something to think about. I use this everyday so I would greatly appreciate if there were an update to fix this soon.
