App is confusing

I have changed my password several times and whenever I go to “change my subscription” it’s telling me invalid password. Then I click change password and it tells me “invalid token” I can still get into the app itself, and change password there too. All I wanted to do was see the exact date I will be charged and the exact amount as I never received an email confirmation with this information, which is pretty important. It’s also unsettling that I can’t get into this info, and therefor would not be able to cancel if I wanted too. I signed up on BlackFriday, so the amount is supposed to be significantly less then each month then what it costs normally. I have not gotten to actually use the workouts yet, but was planning on starting tomorrow. Reading some reviews seems as though the app does not always work. Hoping this is not true too, or I will be canceling seeing as I only signed up to use the app while I’m postpartum (due in 3 weeks) and can’t get to the gym for months after baby comes.

Workouts themselves are great. Well thought out plans and easy to follow. App itself is CRAP. It will freeze, it will exit you out when it is done freezing. I am currently stuck having to go back to previous workouts because app is stuck on week 12 day 7. It’s been a full week, I’ve emailed the programmers and nothing. Save your money, go straight to Nikkis page online. I still have two months worth of workouts before I get charged again. Another thing, app doesn’t let you know when your subscription is coming to an end, it automatically charges you for a new subscription. I hope my programming gets fixed or i get my money back.
Worth it!

This is a great app for anyone's level of fitness. Great instructions and how to's for each exercise! Honestly could be the best coaching I've followed yet!

I’ve been subscribing for two months. The whole two months I’ve had issues with the app showing appropriate workout. It skips and jumps and keeps me on rest day. I’ve tried contacting support and the response is slow. I’ve been waiting for weeks. Just got fed up and canceled today. Also sent a msg to the app and no response. You want people to purchase but you can’t get a response. It would be nice if it worked right. Disappointed. If you ever fix the bugs, let me know.
