Easy To Create But Continues To Freeze

I’ve sent a few emails
Trying to figure out why every other vid I try to create totally Freezes and I have to restart my phone in order to delete or continue creating
Is there a setting area to adjust these issues ?

Not user-friendly for non -techies

I don't I'm not a techie person at all, so it's possible others may handle this app with ease. However, even being non-techie I could not use this app at all. The timing was off, counted preview the add, nor have it work the way I thought that I was designing it. Ripple and swish much easier for non-techies. I can use those with ease.
