  • Good workouts! Bad organization

    By Cstran217 (Pcmac user)

Really like the convenience of this app and have found many trainers and workouts I enjoy! I’ve signed up for a year and can definitely see myself using it the whole year. The only issue that might make me cancel and switch to another similar app is the interface / organization. Simple things you cannot do: Click on a Trainer’s profile directly from a workout page to see their other workouts; organize the list of a Trainer’s workouts by difficulty/type/or equipment; filter in any of the workout menus by equipment available (a huge negative for those that workout at home). If issues like the above can be fixed so that I don’t have to spend 1/2 my workout time fishing for a new workout that I can do based on what I have available, want to do, and trainers I like, I’ll definitely stick with this app. But if the interface stays the same I’ll probably switch.
  • Wonderful app, one suggestion

    By elliebennet (Pcmac user)

This app is exactly what I was looking for. I’m grateful it exists. One wishlist idea - a feature to allow you to save workouts as part of a to-do. I’ve been using “favorites” for that, but now when I want to save workouts that I want to add to my weekly rotation, I realize favorites would have been it. Another way to do it is to design a way to create your own programs. That way I can just design a “program” of classes I want to try, and save what I like to favorites. (Now that I’ve said that, a create-your-own-routine option allowing you to add multiple classes to one program would be great!) Again, I know this is free so these are purely wishlist ideas. The app alone as it stands is amazing.
  • Very Good On-The-Go Fitness

    By Former Employee (Pcmac user)

I didn’t think I would but I actually prefer audio instructional fitness apps versus video based. I enjoy them way more. This app is great. It provides variety, levels and even an exercise tutorial at the top of you need visuals. A piece of advice...but Apple AirPods. They make this app incredible. And to the other reviewer that said they didn’t like the “gendering” regarding weight recommendations etc...get a life. Any training environment worth their salt makes recommendations based on gender. Why? Because based on irrefutable science women, in general, are smaller and lighter then men. Thus, it would be wise to start at a lighter weight. CrossFit does it all the time. They have an RX (prescribed weight) based on men and women. It would be doing you a serious disservice to recommend a woman lifts what a man lifts in general and vice versa. You can always adjust your weight if you’re able to lift more or less but it’s a good general starting point. I say all this to say...get a life. Just workout and stop being so sensitive.
  • Great app for home workout

    By emap2 (Pcmac user)

It’s not as great as a live class, but when that’s not an option, the convenience of this is amazing. Easy to search for and find the kind of workout you want. Love that they have spin classes - was about to bite the Bullet on the peloton app and then this was released. Love that you can change the background music to - helps me stay with the class when I have music that energizes me. The only request I have is that the music volume mixer be adjusted so that I can crank up the volume of the music even higher relative to the volume of the instructor - I want the music to be louder, but when I increase it to the desired level, the instructor becomes unbearably loud (even when I already set it so that the music is at its max relative volume).
