Can not load game every time I want to play

I love the game but when I stop playing for 12-24 hours I can not reload the game. I get white screens or black screen that have nothing to tell me what I need to do. I have taken the game off then down loaded it again. Nothing helps. Very very frustrating. Well here I am another week of messing with game. The last straw was to nought when I finally got on I had lost 270 levels setting me back t the 300 . I am so over this. Will be deleting. It no longer hold a 4 star it's down to one now.

I’ve sent messages several times to say I cannot reload the game and no response so therefore I’m going to delete it. Every game that I’ve ever had trouble with has been reported and someone always gets back to me except your company. In my opinion that’s the epitome of poor customer service. Like I said before if I could rate it 0 stars, I would but unfortunately I can’t. You need to step up your game and get back to your customers because there is a lot of competition regarding this industry and I’m sure I can find something comparable to this game or far better including competent customer service!

I play this game for hours when I have down time and I love not having to spend money to keep enjoying it. Also the ads often lead me. To other fun games that I’ve not seen before!

My did you stop at 3078. It came to a stop so when are going to open it back again. I really like the game. So please open it back !!!!!!
