Update: Game refuses to load AND write down your player ID number

This is an update to my comments below. I emailed these developers and was able to resolve my issue, mostly. As I did not have my original Player ID Number, they were unable to restore my original game. BUT, they did offer me a substantial amount of notes that exceeded my original purchases AND made it easy for me to repurchase all of my prizes from various events. Love this game. And loved the customer support when I had a serious issue. Thank you. The comments below were from my original 1 star review: I have been playing for about 1 month, and love the game. I have also made several in ap purchases, because I like to support the developers. But, about 1 week ago, the game got stuck 81% while loading. The icon for poor internet appeared on the center of the screen, but internet was fine. I tried for 24 hours, but constantly stuck at 81%. So, I deleted the ap and reinstalled. I logged into Facebook and my old progress was restored. I was able to play with no issues until last night. Last night, when I tried to open, the game got stuck loading at 76%. I tried several times to open, same thing, stuck at 76%. I tried again this morning. And I tried again at 2:30pm. In frustration, I deleted and then reinstalled the ap. But this time, my old progress will not be restored. My progress of over Level 40 and my purchases, all gone. Seriously unhappy with an otherwise super fun game.
Fun but buggy

UPDATE: The game is back to being great fun now that my connection issue is resolved. There are a few other minor bugs (deliveries undone, vehicles locked at intersections), but they are infrequent and resolved quickly after mailing support. I wish the game had a few more options (renaming cities, more flexibility with road construction) but it's quite fun as-is. For those struggling with gas, it really isn't a problem: buy the 250 gas with the premium currency they give you, and it should last long enough for you to upgrade your vehicles so they run longer on each tank. Looking forward to future updates, which I hope include trains, boats, and/or planes as additional the app options! ORIGINAL: I was enjoying the game quite a bit, but today it won't load past 76%, telling me I need an internet connection. As this review shows, of course, I have a perfectly good internet connection. If I can't play your game any more, I have to rate it a 1/5.
Enjoyable, with room to improve

For a FTP with IAP, it actually does a pretty good job of allowing you to play and advance without spending real money. The concept is great, and definitely what I was looking to get out of a game like this. However, two things: once you get to the point where the smaller orders are time locked, your bigger orders can only go as fast as the factory/resource location can put out product, so maybe look into an “Upgrade Location” option? Second thing is the over supply issue. I task out a 2 or 3 capacity vehicle for resupply to a factory, and it doesn’t fill the factory if it doesn’t completely empty out the truck. Just a couple things I thought were worth mentioning. Overall, I’m thoroughly enjoying the game. Thanks!
Great game

Been playing for a while now and got up to level 30. Only changes I would like to see are when I have is when the contract is done, the trucks will still travel to and pull product from the pickup site and deliver it, wasting gas and inventory. Also, can we think about adding some quest lines or a way to be able to expand the factory’s inventory up from 20. When you’ve exhausted all of the contract refreshes and waiting for more to roll in, it would be nice to get stocked up on some of the higher demanding facilities that can easily occupy your whole fleet especially the cannery. Finally, maybe a bridge option to span the lake straight down from the first towns. Overall, I’m really enjoying this game and it’s a fun time filler for just about any length of time and can’t wait to unlock more areas.
