Download and install the F1 TV app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using F1 TV on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "F1 TV"
- The search will reveal the F1 TV app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once F1 TV is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including F1 TV.
- Now enjoy F1 TV on PC.

To get F1 TV on Windows 11, check if there's a native F1 TV Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing F1 TV:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

Complete Trash!!!

If you have the ability to watch the race on TV, and want this app as a secondary option to be able to go back and MAYBE watch some specific onboard views, purchase the app. However, if you’re considering canceling your TV service and purchasing F1TV thinking that you’ll be able to get a good experience watching the full race, think again! This app is complete trash if used for your primary viewing! The app will crash before it loads, load from the beginning, but have commentary from the end, or have screen freeze while the race and commentary continue to play! Think you can pause, rewind and try again? Think you can close the app and start over with better luck being able to view what you want? Think again! The old saying that if it sounds too good to be true is absolutely the case here. Great idea but horrible implementation. Should be priced under $10, not at $80!!!

Visibility/ INDYCAR is still better

If I replay a race from before 2019 I can only see half of the screen while the other half is hidden. So I have to decide if I want to watch the top half of the screen or flip my phone and watch the bottom half of the screen.
I also use a USB adapter to my tv and have the new iPhone 11 pro. But when I watch any video off my new phone, I can see the full picture but it’s minimized so there’s blank gaps on my tv around all 4 corners. But if I use my iPhone 7 pro it uses the whole screen on my tv (like it should) so if I’m watching this app at home I have to use my iPhone 7.
Those would have to be the only issues I have with this app. And the fact that they rarely have 2018 race replays. Might as well have every race in history on there. I know it’s a lot of data but for INDYCAR you can watch any race whenever.

The F1TV app is nice to have for any Formula 1 fan. The ability to watch replays is particularly helpful for some of the more distant races in far flung time zones.
Unfortunately, it needs a lot work. The streaming is buggy on occasion, the video feed frequently is mismatched to audio, the add in video features are so slow and laggy that you risk significant disruption in your race-viewing if you select them, and finally the app doesn’t mirror over airplay very well.
Ideally, they will develop a native AppleTV app, but there is clearly no sense of urgency for that. I hope they keep making improvements, but for now it’s really the most affordable option for viewing the app races.

Better than start of 2019 season

The overall use interface and fonts is nice. Navigating through pages and old videos is good too. The stream itself seems to have improved and allows for better adaptive streaming for poor connections, which is great bc it the stream used to explode if you didn’t have google fiber connection.
Is it a bug or feature to pause and rebuffer the stream when pulling the Notification Center or control center?? Sometimes i try to glance at a notification I get or increase brightness but the stream pauses, even if I hardly pull up/down.
