Don’t waste your time

I got the game, only then to find out you only have 3 try’s, then you watch a 30sec video...no biggie. So I purchased the NO ADS feature, and still got the 30 sec videos every three tries. Then I bought more lives for $3 figuring they would give me more tries before the video, nope. I like the game so I committed my time right. Last night I was on level 19-4, it took me forever to get there! Woke up this morning to play and somehow they reset me to level one! Very frustrated and disappointed, if anyone knows who I can contact to get a refund for the NO ADS purchase and the extra lives please let me know

I tried to play the game but froze no biggie these thing happen. I restart it and try again it works, perfect. I go to play the game no instructions on how to play I figured out you need to tap but no matter which way or height I tap it does a measly left jump making me lose a life. I'm really disappointed because it looked good and exciting. They seemed professional but this is definitely not the case.
Problems

Game is ok. to many adds. Got to watch if you want to keep playing or go back to beginning. One of the reasons I deleted. Same levels some are tough and have to watch several adds just to keep playing. One time game froze and sent me back to level one after I passed several levels. Overall not to fun unless they change a lot of issues.
