For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing BackBeat:

- The app is stable and performs its intended functions well.

- The headphones purchased almost a year ago are enjoyable to use.

☹ Cons:

- The app has difficulty finding and repairing earbuds, making it frustrating to use.

- The app does not reliably connect to the BB Fit 3200 headphones, despite their flawless initial pairing with the iPhone XS Bluetooth.

- The Backbeat Fit 2100 Series headphones do not connect to the iPhone XR, rendering them useless for users with iPhone 7 or newer models.

Useless App Won't Connect To Headphones

BB Fit 3200 connect flawlessly to iPhone XS Bluetooth; however, after initial pairing, the app will not recognize the headphones. I have to forget the headphones from Bluetooth, re-pair them with my phone, and then maybe if I'm lucky, the app will connect to the headphones. App has great customizable features if the headphones could connect, but I will be returning them since they don't reliably connect to the app and are not what was advertised. Nice try Plantronics...better luck next time.

The app does what it is designed to and its pretty darn stable comparatively speaking. I am really enjoying the headphones that I purchased almost a year ago.
Not working properly

Have yet to be able to find my earbuds when engaging it in the app. Every single time that I use them I have a hard time repairing them. It’s a joke & I am contemplating returning them. I have had them for almost 3 months. Huge thumbs down.
A waste of time

I tried to connect this this app Fit 2100 Series to my IPhone XR an it would not connect. It keep telling me to go to my Bluetooth an connect but my phone don’t recognize this app. If you have a I phone 7 or up this headphones are not for you. I wasted all this money on these headphones just for it not to work on my phone 😡.
