Download and install the Rivet: Better Reading Practice app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Rivet on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Rivet"
- The search will reveal the Rivet: Better Reading Practice app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Rivet is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Rivet.
- Now enjoy Rivet on PC.

How to download and use Rivet App on Windows 11
To get Rivet on Windows 11, check if there's a native Rivet Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Rivet:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Rivet" » Click "Install" to install Rivet: Better Reading Practice
- Rivet: Better Reading Practice will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Amazing app!!

I’ve only played a few minutes and I really love it! I might be too old to be in the level one section. Haha. The first book that I read was “ Rabbits make good pets.” I picked it because I have a rabbit as well. She’s free roam and she is my life. 🤗 I was super happy with it until I saw the page “ Rabbits live in cages.” As a proud bunny momma, seeing that rabbit in a hutch outside. No enrichment. And the hay looked weird to me.. as well as there not being enough of it. I know you most likely don’t own this picture but exposing younger children to proper bunny care is vital. Hundreds of bunnies get bought and are neglected or don’t have proper care. I’m fine with cages, ( not small ones). I’m sorry for rambling 😅 I have a deep passion for bunnies and have done extensive research before I got my little fur baby.

this app is fun for me it is fun to read books and help me learn and have some fun this app helps me read my teacher from school tells me to read 100 books and I saw that there are lots of apps on the App Store and when I was playing with my games on my iPad I saw this app i saw that app and I membered what my teacher said to read 100 books and I saw this app I started this app I was getting better on reading and I was getting better in school and all my friends were shocked about me and I keeped doing this app because this app is so fun and it helps you learn more sight words more words and this app helps you change your life. It is fun to have this app try it on the App Store :) ❤️

Fun and cool but just not my reading level I am reading level third grade and I am in second grade. The thing does ask you some cool questions I just read one story with like three words on each page. I need at least like 15 words on each page not three or four. But I love reading so I still read some of the stories but I would say if you were in advanced reader like I am don’t get this app and if there is an Advanced level or something I am sorry for what I said but if there is an entrance level and you are in An Advanced level for reading just don’t get this. But otherwise it is fun it even has a few videos but the reading books are a little bit for four or five-year-olds or six-year-olds. This is fun just I don’t think it would be for like 7 to 30 years old.

Great app for my niece 📖💕

When I first saw this app, I was shocked as heck. Like.. um.. after 50 times seeing the adds, I HAD to download it. Once my niece came to my house (she is only in grade 1) She had a reading test. So I decided to tell my big sister which is my niece’s mom. I downloaded it for her and on my nieces iPad, I told my niece about the details what to do, she is bad at reading, but now she is excellent! She is on level 5 now, and I’m really proud of her. She has passed her reading test thanks to this app!! No matter if something’s fake, she still loves this app and I do too. Although, I think there should be an update like the add where there is a microphone.
