Bugs.

I completed a quest and I already unlocked Jane. And it put another 17% on jane after the quest that really did upset me as 3 hours of my time and I used gems was put to waste. This is a great game, but All i care to get is Asgard. All the rest of the heroes I could care less for. Just my preference. Why does it take soooo long to unlock hero’s and the quests are not for a specific hero they are random? They really want you to pay to play the game but first get people to join the game i’ve already joined clans where people have been afk for days. Its a dying game unless we get more gold quicker and matchmaking is better because everybody can agree its broken when you’re up against someone with 400 extra energy than you when you get a 12 skill like I have. Developers these are main points that if you change I guarantee people will play more. You can still have payment options but first let people get more gold and want to play. More players = more chances people will buy your packs, skins, and gems which I think are completely reasonable prices.
Update: I have to say as disappointed as I was about not getting the 17% towards another hero, I was pretty happy to have done an 8-hour chest and unlock Ra’ju completely. I have no idea how that happened but yeah pretty awesome for me at least. Its also another bug the developers should look into 😂👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve been playing off and on for 9 months and I’ve cleared most of the areas, joined a high ranking clan, gotten high level heroes, etc and never have a spent a cent. You can watch ads at your will but they’re never forced on you. It’s very fun
The different heroes are very well balanced for most of the game, but I feel a couple pull ahead for end game fights.
My biggest complaint is unlocking spells. Unlocking spells is an awful process. You slowly acquire essence through unwanted spells, but it’s so slow that I still have several wanted spells that cost 500 essence I’ve yet to get, let alone level up. You’ll also unlock them through time-gated quests but it’s not often, or predictable when you’ll actually get the unlock.
I’ve also noticed that trying to cast a spell too quickly backfires. I’ve had it de-select most of my elements because I went too fast. I feel that could use some improvement because I’ve lost fights due to this.
Matchmaking seems questionable at times but you get used to enemy players being stronger than you. The game is just testing you before you advance. It’s aggressive about it and you’ll occasionally get severely outmatched games, which you effectively have 0 chance of winning, but that’s ok. You get used to it.

I really thought this game wasn’t gonna be so great when I got it but I was quickly proved WRONG. This game is awesome with the ability to level up your characters and send them on quests so they can upgrade faster! And the concept of this game is also good, due to the fact that pretty much 100% original content. I also like the fact that you can get higher status to unlock new characters AND the whole level upgrade system is pretty cool to me to. and I really only have ONE problem with this game and that is the first enemy. I know, I know...but I just don’t like the fact that she lags you and always makes you lose no matter what, and you can only beat HER once you’ve beat the whole game and are REALLY good. Can you please get on to make her a bit less hard? Also I think you should add some new characters like a witch doctor with potion attacks and angles and demons with light and dark attacks. I would love to see this get added but even if it doesn’t this game is still one of the best ones I have. Thanks.

Sooooo good!! I’ve been waiting very long for a game like this. It’s not too difficult but not too easy either. The bosses provide a nice challenge, you can unlock many characters along the way, send them on quests to train their spells, and gain extra bonuses all throughout the game by watching short ads if you choose to do so. They always match you up with players around your skill rank which increases as you win matches. When your skill rank increases, you get a victory bonus which earns you extra gold and runes to level up your spells and character skins. If you win 5 matches you summon the cute celestial emissary guy which grants you another reward. This game is so rewarding and enjoyable and this is only the beginning guys I know there is so much more to come. Can’t wait until we can join a guild!! I’ve been telling all my friends about this game and they all love it! VERY HAPPY. Thank you to the developers excellent job! :)))
