Download and install the TrueCoach app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using TrueCoach on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TrueCoach"
The search will reveal the TrueCoach app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TrueCoach is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TrueCoach.
Now enjoy TrueCoach on PC.

Using TrueCoach on Mac OS:
Install TrueCoach on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.

To get TrueCoach on Windows 11, check if there's a native TrueCoach Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing TrueCoach:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "TrueCoach" » Click "Install" to install TrueCoach
- TrueCoach will now be available on your windows start-menu.

The best app for fitness coaching

I currently use this app as a coach to coach over 120 clients globally, and the experience my clients have had across the board has been nothing short of amazing. I also coach myself and design my own program. I use this app as a “client” to myself and it has been a game changer for tracking my own fitness data. I would hands down recommend this app for clients and coaches at any level, no matter what. I’m a customer for life. Their customer service is second to none, they’re fast, responsive, and they LISTEN. They actually care and make changes based on feedback. You will NOT be disappointed.
Recent Improvements Have Helped

Recently a large amount of stability and login improvements have been made to the app. I still sometimes have to uninstall and reinstall because a workout is downloaded incorrectly and never updates itself, but it’d definitely 100x better than using the website on my phone. Which is okay, just the app experience is better.
Some bug fixes needed then will be good

Hi, not sure how to contact customer support but the new version will not let me open a full video screen to see my coach’s exercise tutorial and since the screen is so small I’m unable to scroll forward or backward or pause video. Please fix this ASAP as I use the app everyday as a professional athlete. Otherwise, I love the app and the program. Keep up the good work.
Great app but PLEASE FIX DARK MODE

I’d be giving this 5 stars if it weren’t for the most recent update. Ever since the app adjusted to dark mode on my phone it looks like absolute crap. The readability is significantly worse and it generally looks awful. To my knowledge there’s no way to turn it off without turning off dark mode for the whole phone. Please fix!!!!
