What is Merge Plus? The app is a number game where the goal is to get bigger numbers. Players start with 5 hand cards and must drag the first card to any card on the chessboard area to change the numbers on the chessboard card to the sum of both cards. Triple-clearing three or more adjacent cards of the same number will merge them into a new card with its number plus one. Players can hold up to 5 hand cards and the game ends when the quantity of hand cards drops to 0. The app also offers subscription options for weekly and monthly Merge Plus VIP Membership.

Game Features and Description

1. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

2. Weekly Merge Plus VIP Membership offers weekly subscription for $4.99 after 3-day free trial which provides 50 Gems and Removes ADS.

3. You have 5 hand cards in the beginning, Drag the first card in the Hand Card Area to any card in the Chessboard Area.

4. when the hand card meets the card on the chessboard, numbers on the chessboard card will change to the sum of numbers on both cards.

5. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

6. Monthly Merge Plus VIP Membership offers monthly subscription for $9.99 which provides 50 Gems and Removes ADS.

7. Three or more adjacent cards of the same number will trigger a triple-clear, and then merged to a new card with its number plus one.

8. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

9. Upon each triple-clear, you will get a new hand card.

10. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

11. When the quantity of your hand cards drop to 0, the game is over.

Basically a few minutes of fun gameplay between long winded advertisements

The game is great, highly addicting and amusing, but the advertisements are infuriating. Switch to reply to a text, or even turn your screen off, and you’re subjected to a 60-90 second animation about gambling, stupid repetitive game ads, or just anything, and they can cause the game to glitch out. If you try and X out of the ad or close the game to reopen it, it will reset your entire game. To even click on anything other than the numbers for the game opens another ad. To start a new game when you finish you have to watch an ad. To pause it, ad. To unpause, ad. Not even ones you can close out, but ones that keep going, can’t be muted without turning the volume off on your phone, and just keep playing. I want to keep playing this game but it’s not even worth it anymore. Less a game, and more an advertising app with a few minutes of good game play between the endless pop ups.
Great gameplay, a few minor issues

The game is genuinely really fun and a little more interesting than standard the app games. There are multiple ways to create three or more tiles to the app, including merging other tiles and adding to the numbers of existing tiles. The gameplay is smooth and attractive looking. You can play for quite a while before losing, and the difficulty increases in a natural way that will result in scores based on your own abilities, rather than just how many power ups you can afford. I personally do not play with power ups as I feel they affect the fairness of the game, so I appreciate this. The cons include full length ads after leveling up and when returning to the game. Most games that show ads in this way show ads that you can exit out of early. This is not the case here. You will end up watching many ads. Lastly, one minor quibble is that this game needs an ESL proofreader to give it a final polish.
Fun, but ads are annoying

It’s a great puzzle game. I play it everyday. I already got to level 40. The only thing that bothers me about it is how many ads there are. I can’t even go to the settings without getting an ad. It’s not worth getting the ads removed though. I never pay for ad removal because it’s a waste of money.

I’d like to start by saying this is a GREAT game. But both my husband and I will uninstall after only 3 days of playing. 1st of all, it drains your battery, 2nd there are ads everywhere... always at the bottom of your screen, every time your phone goes to sleep, every time you take a break out of the ap, every time you die, every time you want to fill up your hand... and the ads are LONG... PLUS you have in ap purchases? This is a greedy game... $3.99 to get rid of ads. Regarding the game... I wish there was a little less luck involved... when you get a ton of combos... you still only get max 5 cards to hold. It would be nice to save a card for future use also. Anyways, I’ll be looking for a new game.
