Software Features and Description

1. B-Movies is an app to browse the Internet Archive's Moving Images library of free movies, films, and videos.

2. If you find a particularly interesting movie, you can bookmark it for later viewing by using the bookmark control in the top-right corner of the Details screen.

3. Details include the full description of the movie, its rating if it has one, the number of downloads, and its running time if available.

4. To play movies in the archive with B-Movies, you must connect to the internet via a Wi-Fi network.

5. Movies in sub-collections can be sorted according to their popularity or by the date they were added to the collection.

6. Since most movies are uploaded by users, some movies may not have complete details.

7. The Internet Archive in no way endorses this product, nor are they associated with Bubble Pop Software in any manner.

8. Tap on any movie to display the details about that movie.

9. To browse the library, tap on one of the several available types of collections.

10. Doing so will display all the sub-collections within that collection.

11. Tapping on one of these is a shortcut to doing a search for that term.

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "B-Movies"
The search will reveal the B-Movies app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once B-Movies is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including B-Movies.
Now enjoy B-Movies on PC.

To get B-Movies on Windows 11, check if there's a native B-Movies Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing B-Movies:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "B-Movies" » Click "Install" to install B-Movies
- B-Movies will now be available on your windows start-menu.

This app is a convenient doorway to thousands of great videos available at the Internet Archive. I'm talking about documentaries, old movie trailers, vintage cartoons, full-length movies, experimental CGI films, hilarious Brick films (animated Legos) ... the list goes on and on. I'm sure I will be draining my battery day after day, because this app makes it so easy to watch and bookmark my favorites. Outstanding job, Bubble Pop Software! Now I'm just hoping you'll create an app for the Old Time Radio section of the Internet Archive.
Love Those Old Silents!

I use this website on my computer all the time & you can watch and/or download hundreds of movies. You will usually find old movies, silents or 'B' movies, so if that's what you like you will love this. You're not going to find current movies or blockbusters here. You don't actually need the app to watch, you can just google 'Internet Archive' & watch from your iPod which I have often done, but this app makes searching the movies much easier!
It Ain't Apple, It's the App

I can access the Internet Archive (the source of the videos on this app) on my iPad and all videos play wonderfully using Apple's software, so the problem is in the app. It is a great idea ... If only it would work! UPDATE: With the latest fix, this app has improved a thousand percent! Everything plays and content from the Internet Archive is now easily accessible. It has instantly become one of my favorite apps. Thanks, guys!
