What is Air China? The AirChina app is designed to make travel easier and more pleasant for its users. It offers a range of features such as travel advisor, promotion products, check-in, flight status, PhoenixMiles, self-service rebooking, itinerary management, ticket reservation, members services, mileage redemption, advance seat selection, and pure flying biodiversity conservation. The app is available in both Chinese and English versions.

I tried checking in on both the phone app and the website but it would not work with multiple tries entering my name different ways. Finally I called the phone number and someone told me I had to enter my name of any specific way. “FAMILY/FIRST MIDDLE” I recommend that you put on your website the specific format that the name must be entered. It will not only save your customers lots of time it will also keep your customers from having to call your phone number and use your service representatives time.

The treatment of a one million miler member of United and star alliance gold member for more than 15 years is really bad. I can’t select a good seat checking in on the app as it doesn’t recognize my status, I can’t get upgrades and the worst point is that I have to use the airport lounge V8 having more than 15’ walk back and forth from the departing gate. The service inside the planes of this app is fantastic. I hope this trouble with the service checking in and with the app can be fixed ASAP. Thanks

The sw is junk. You can not delete your information. It is so difficult to use and navigate. They announced big sale, I checked again and again, no change in price. There is zero confidence in using this app to book a flight. So I decided to delete my information but now I can’t. You won’t believe that with such a big airline company you can have such dumb software, not only this app but their desktop website too.
