Wish there was a better option

Said I needed to update to open the app... app update won’t open in the App Store sooooooo how do I access the app account info? Tried doing all this on Vodafone data. I really hope I don’t have to delete and redownload the app cause I’ve done that before and there was a problem with the app account info, and I had to call in for help.

Worst app ever

Doesn’t even let you sign in. Once signed in it signs me out within 10 seconds. Now I’m stuck ringing their phone support...
Looks good. But smacks of something built by a low cost / offshore developer who doesn’t know how to build apps.
The old app was rock solid.

Horrible

This is the worst app I’ve ever had. Never works properly for anyone in the app family!! It randomly glitched out just now and the app screen went black with lines it was really weird. Please fix this stupid app if not I’m changing the app carier!!

Most horrific app

Been trying for months to see the app usage information with this app and it is a massive failure. Also crashes every time. What is wrong with this company that they cannot fix their bugs?!? Pathetic.
