Been playing this game a few years now and all in all I enjoy it. I was looking for the app old school Oregon Trail game and came across this in process. While I did play the app newer version of Oregon Trail, not nearly as good as old one, this was more enjoyable. Some things in the app older comments are still kind of issues such as clicking the app compass point to move your items on the app board. Sometimes the app screen either won’t pick it up or it grabs your inventory chest instead or just doesn’t grab at all. Probably my issue is the app structure setup. I build a structure and it might cost $1 million to build and I get $2300 to collect; however, another structure might cost $750k and I might collect $4300. It makes no since why something that cost less gives you higher return. the app wait times on some structures don’t make since either. Some take twice as long as others, but what was paid for the app structure different. For example, you pay $50k for structure X and $120k for structure Y, yet structure Y might take 6hrs to collect again and structure X might take a couple of days for the app next collection. In the app end, I do enjoy this game and you can play it without them forcing you to start paying for stuff to complete the app challenges like others do and it’s held up well over the app years it’s been available. It’s addicting and I’ve tried many others that turn out to be crap, and come back to this one.

I’ve been playing this game for years and loved it!! I’m not sure when this started but in some of the app updates they have made it the app where if you buy more land the app more you buy the app longer you have to wait for it, I mean I get that it cost more why do we have to wait so long for it to be cleared!! I know why because they want you to spend a bunch of money to speed up the app process, well you know not everyone can spend a whole lot!!! But I guess those people don’t matter since they’re not spending the app money!! Seems that’s all they care about is the app money!!! I also had my game disappear one time and I had built up a pretty good size town and had at that point and time spent quite a bit of money, so now I’m very leary of spending very much on this game and I really hate that because I love this game!! A couple of other things that I wish were different is that I wish they would let you turn the app buildings and I wish the app seasons would change like they used too. In my game it’s always snowing the app season never changes! Could y’all please fix that part and maybe consider an option to be able to turn the app buildings and not make us wait so long for our new land!! Please!!

I love the app game itself. It’s very addicting and I run out of energy way too fast! the app mini games help to pass the app time while you’re waiting for energy to refill. the app biggest issue I’ve had with the app game is restarting. As soon as it boots up, it closes. I have to reopen the app game and it usually works the app second time. the app farther along I get into the app game, the app more often it does this. I just had to reopen it three times and restart my phone just to get it to work. It’s making it almost unplayable. I had this same issue 3 years ago when I tried to play it before and it’s still not fixed. I’ve tried on multiple devices so I don’t think that’s the app problem. Another minor issue I have is with hunting the app animals. It takes 3+ shots/energy just to hunt rabbits and the app bigger animals use over 5 energy. I don’t have that much energy to waste so I never hunt. It would be nice to be able to hunt animals since that’s how pioneers got most food back then. Other than that though the app game is great! I’m already level 25 and still leveling up fairly fast. It’s one of the app best games I’ve played for iPhone!
Money sink

This is one of those “every action costs energy + energy costs IRL $” games. Some games like that are still fun and playable without needing to spend your IRL $, but this one is so ridiculously weighted in favor of the app developers getting your money that it’s just not worth playing. You can only make 25 actions before your energy run out. That might take 2 minutes for you to do. Welp, now you have to wait an hour and 15 minutes for your energy to fill...or you could spend 10 game-dollars (which cost $1.99 IRL) for enough energy to perform 10 actions. Which you could use up in 30 seconds of gameplay. Are you really going to keep spending money or waiting an hour+ to play a game for a couple of minutes at a time? It’s not like those minutes are spent in ecstasy, either— the app game’s not that fun, y’all. (You tap on things to harvest resources; it’s not like an arcade game or FPS where at least your adrenaline gets pumping.) Not worth it, IMO. Also, the app music is annoying and the app control to turn its volume down doesn’t work for some reason.
