This app connects to an antiquated device in the cars that most of the time have connection problems. When it doesn’t work, we have to pay the drivers cash, and most of the time the drivers don’t have change. Why can’t blue bird just create an app that allows people to pay with credit card without the hassle?

Don’t rely on this app as your primary transportation. The app never connected me to a taxi and now, after two days, I still can’t cancel the booking which means I can’t book another taxi. Go Jek is more reliable

For booking function, it works really well. However, Cannot edit Picture, Phone number etc. there’s no helpdesk available?!
Apps a mess

Have cancelled the taxi but the apps didnt send the cancellation to the driver. Taxi came an hour after I cancelled and I was already in my destination. The apps system is still a mess. Didnt respond well.
