Very unhappy

Bought the app and it worked ok with the few free songs. I bought the additional song pack, and now it won’t play—no sound! I tried everything, then deleted it and reloaded, and now I don’t have the 10 extra songs I paid for!! I emailed the developers and have heard nothing. Also bought their piano songs and the same thing happened!!

Christmas songs karaoke

I needed an app like this to do group karaoke at a Christmas party. My plan is to put this up on the projector and plug in to the sound system. I have not been able to do any of that yet, because I need more songs and the only way to unlock them is to write a review.
Honestly, the only thing that I can say about this app in the two minutes since I've owned it is that the jingle bells song plays really fast! I am trying to picture how I am going to get a bunch of older people to look at a projector, see the words, and the app them as fast as the piano is playing.
It would be nice if there was an option to see the whole song at once while the words highlighted. Maybe I should keep looking or see if there's a more suitable app for my MacBook?
