App not working at all.

I’ve been trying to order from the app since saturday but whenever I open it, it does not seem to go beyond the logo on the screen. Gets stuck there. It’s been 3 days. I’ve tried various connections and redownloading the app but nothing has worked on effort from my part. This issue needs to get fixed asap because it’s quite an issue to look up for the deals on the internet then call then place the order.

Terrible app, terrible service

Expect over an hour wait. If you order from the app they wait until it is worth the driver’s time, they bring multiple orders at 1 time- food is habitually late and cold. Customer service does nothing to help- if you get through. I know one customer is nothing to McDonald’s, but never again for my family in Singapore. Terrible experience multiple times.

Can’t register an account but don’t need to

Unable to register using the app. Used the website instead. App didn’t require an account anyways.

Needs an update

Presentation is nice and design slick but it crashes during the order process after updating to iOS 8. However, my main gripe is that, whether ordering via the app or the website, the full menu is not available for delivery. They seem to be testing what they make available to try to push people into ordering things they may not want. For example, I can go to the store and order a McChicken breakfast sandwich but the delivery option is only for the egg version. They sell the non-egg version and used to make it available for delivery, so what happened to it? Orange juice as a drink option also seems to come and go.
