Download and install the Pullups Coach app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pullups Coach"
    • The search will reveal the Pullups Coach app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Pullups Coach is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pullups Coach.

  2. For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »

    This app is great because it does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it well--help you keep track of your the app and improve your max reps. Easily the best pullup app because it's completely customizable--number of reps, seconds of rest, days of the week. Has an initial test and everything can be reset if you want. Honestly, don't waste your time trying the other apps, this will do everything u want with no bs.

    By doing pull-ups 3 times a week and adding reps ever so gradually, you can make real progress. It's amazing that by simply being told by your phone that "it's time to do pull-ups" that you actually do them. The app makes for a very consistent workout. Some negatives: 1. The use of this app messes up the volume on my iPhone. Need to restart. 2. The synthetic voice commands are annoying harsh and distorted, not at all like Siri 3. There is a place to leave notes for each workout, but no indication that a note exists for a given workout. So you have to check each workout and go to another screen just to see if you did make an entry. 4. You are asked to complete a certain number of reps for each workout, it is assumed that you did them, and you are congratulated. But what if you cannot complete them? It would be better to record what you actually did. Then maybe the app could adjust to your own progress. Example: I could not complete 12 pull-ups on the last set, but I'll be asked to do even more in the next workout.
