Fun distraction, also horribly frustrating

I've beaten this game a few times, then deleted and redownloaded it.. It seems to be a trap this time. The bubbles don't always go where the pointer says it will. the app witch 2 is just awful. I wouldn't mind paying for things in this game if it meant that you actually got something helpful for your money.. If you are easily frustrated don't download. If you're like me and just enjoy a time waster than go for it. Just don't expect it to be awesome.

Way too often, the bubbles bounce off the spiders and stick back up on the top row. If you're lucky, the colors match and they fall, giving you points. Far more often, the colors will not match. Then you not only lose spiders, but the the app stays. That the app must be removed, and the one it covered must be removed to clear that spot. This is especially annoying in higher levels. The spaces are limited, and the game seems programmed to make you lose in this way. In fact, it happens more at higher levels. Because the spiders cause it, if you have more (necessary for points), you will more likely lose because the bubbles will bounce more often.

I have had problems with logging out of account facebook was awarded gold bars can' find them. I don't know where to find them...you log out of account you lose bubbles....not sure why you can always put up coin specials..anything you want to advertise but cannot fix things credited to our accounts..everything has updates and it is always blamed on our updates on phones etc. So you need to fix the problems on your end because there are millions of mobile users that keep you and your web your paycheck. So if you want to keep us playing you need to fix the issues on your end!this is a fun game but have been stuck on one level for 6 months and no matter how many times I clear the board you still can not win.
Love game but...

I really do love this game, it is very challenging, sometimes bordering on maddening. Despite my love for it, it does have some issues. They don't make anything easy, and I think sometimes they go out of their way to make succeeding a very difficult if not an impossible task. Also, while I love getting so many lives to start with, it takes way too long for lives to regenerate and I have yet to receive lives from friends (my friends and I send and receive lives to and from each other regularly in other games) and visa versa. Game needs to be more friend and user friendly.
