Software Features and Description

1. You can manage your subscription or turn-off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

2. Any unused portion of a Free subscription Plan will be forfeited when the user purchases a paid subscription Plan.

3. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown above.

4. Once the paid subscription Plan expires, the Free subscription Plan will be available to customer again, at no cost.

5. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.

This isn’t even functional

Whenever I use the app to watch something, their would always be a problem. The app is so glitchy. One example is when turning on the English subtitle, it won’t even show up until you repeatedly exit out and tap it again to make the subtitle pop up. Sometimes during when I’m watching, the screen just goes black, and I don’t even know why. It’s so annoying to exit out and restarting the app + watch the advertisement again. It’s also in-reliable. Whenever you have a weak WiFi connection, it’s so impossible to use. The screen would become black most of the time, and it’s so annoying to keep closing the video and restarting it again until you get the perfect video with no problems.

To TFC Management & TFC Developers: Please perform Quality Control before deployment. Lately, this TFC phone application has becoming an issue to all paying subscribers! This includes Filipino citizens with Dissability and Senior Citizens leaving abroad. 1) The TFC application would take roughly around TWO minutes to open. Why? 2) TFC Dashboard are irrelevant sequence. Don’t combine new dramas or already watched dramas under one line. 3) Once user has selected specific drama Do Not Sort Dramas by “oldest” instead Sort drama by most “recent” as default. 4) “LATEST RELEASE” Dashboard, why are their duplicate dramas shown example: “Killer Bride” and “Kadenang Ginto” and One more thing, why does a very old or dramas that have ended from last season (Example: “Ngayon at Kailanman”) still appears within the “Latest Release” dashboard? 5) Incorporate trending new technologies from TFC Mobile application such as Apple TV or Chrome-cast. 6) Perform Analysis & latency studies. 7) Perform a thorough Quality Control before releasing an application update.
Pay for the subscription but it doesn't work!!!

It's been awhile I haven't use this app but yesterday I decided to renew my subscription. I was very very disappointing because I paid for it but it doesn't work. Movies doesn't download and hardly play the preview if you get lucky. I kept trying to play it but "if" it doest work it doesn't give you the whole movie. I was very disappointed I emailed/chat customer service about this problem all she said is to contact Apple service. REALLY??? After I paid for this service you can't even help me??? Very bad customer service. So I just canceled my subscription but too bas I already got charged for this month. What a waste and I wont recommend this app to anyone.

I seem to be having similar problems as the recent reviews. My premium subscription renewed on September 14. The app says I still have a basic plan. When I click “upgrade to premium” a message says I am already subscribed. Then it continues to say “cannot connect to iTunes.” Everything else says I have the subscription but there seems to be something wrong with the actual app. Very frustrating. Please refund our payment.
