Download and install the SnapRecipes app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SnapRecipes on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SnapRecipes"
The search will reveal the SnapRecipes app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SnapRecipes is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SnapRecipes.
Now enjoy SnapRecipes on PC.

Using SnapRecipes on Mac OS:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing SnapRecipes:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS APP

No updates in years. I REALLY LOVE how easy this app is to use. Just wish I could send photos to the app from my album instead of having to search for my screenshots to add to this app.
Again!! Won't open after update

This would be such a great recipes App, but it is not tested well enough for IOS. I do upgrade my iPad once a year, and have now lost all my recipes because the App will not open. I also bought the App a second time for my Mum, and also her App will. kt open after an IOS update. IOS 13.3. :(

Only the second app of hundreds I have that I took time to review. This app is pretty much a one trick pony-which in this case is a good thing. Not much of a learning curve to speak of. Only app I found into which I can easily scan recipe printouts. Scan quality is quite sufficient. You can add their tags and/or your own custom ones and search easily by them later. Interface is uncomplicated and about everything did what I intuitively expected. Now I will have my favorite recipes when I go to the grocery store. Most apps I buy get deleted within 24 hours. I think this one is a keeper. Thanks to the developers. Update: Unfortunately I have to change this rating as the recipes that I spent a long time putting in seem to have vanished all at once.

I can't emphasize how handy this app is if you like collecting recipes! This app makes it so easy to save recipes off cooking forums, websites, etc. I love that you can select different categories, food types etc to tag each recipe with. This is great for searching your collection. What's more, you aren't stuck with the categories the app comes with; you can add your own. You can also add notes to each recipe. Love it!
