I’m going to bail UPDATE

What is happening here? How can this update possibly have gone so wrong? I cannot see ANY of my events on the only calendar my family and I use. This app costs way too much money to crap out after the first and only update in years. Pathetic! If this isn’t fixed in the next day or two then I’m bailing and going to the Cozi app. There is not even a way for me to reach out to customer service via the app so I am forced to put you on blast via your reviews! Please! Fix this! Update: one month later. What is going on? Why is the calendar still glitching and why is there no other way to contact someone other than leaving a review? I need to create an anniversary that happens in tbt past and am no longer able to do so. I am also unable to save new events or view the events my husband adds to the calendar unless I delete and add that app back. This. Is. Ridiculous. PLEASE! Update and ADDITIONAL three weeks later: just downloaded an “update” and the app is still a giant failure. I’ve officially cancelled my account and moved to Cozi, which is reliably working AND half the price. the app is a huge waste of time and money. It’s Insulting that you also make it impossible to contact app support and clearly don’t care at all that this app is no longer functional. BYE.

This app is great. Me and my husband tried it on a whim because we were looking for something to help us stay organized with plans and to do tasks. We would get frustrated not being able to get on the same page and wanted to take the hassle out of making plans or communicating what we thought needed to be done. We have extremely busy schedules and let’s be honest, it’s hard to communicate sometimes simply because you forget! We tried it for about two months before subscribing monthly. It really helps us stay on track with each other and it’s a nice centralized location for us to drop meetings or events as well as grocery and to do list things, and it keeps us from planning things over each other. It’s super convenient because the moment something pops into our head we add it to the the app. And no worries, it’s already communicated to everyone we need it to be. I’d highly recommend!
Horrible horrible update-DON’T GET THIS APP!

My husband and I have been using this app for years. We rely on it for everything. My life is on this app- Meetings, appointments, carpools, sports schedules, kids Birthday parties.... you get the point. This newest update makes the app functionless. It doesn’t work. Things didn’t transfer over correctly. I wasn’t able to add any new appointments or anything else until I paid for the “gold service.” However, I had just renewed and paid for the gold service a few weeks before the update so I double paid. But I was desperate because I reply so heavily on this app and needed the ability to continue using it. I’ve written to customer service multiple times and when I finally get a response, nothing they instruct me to do works or helps resolve the issue. This morning the calendar will no longer let me see any appointments past May. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (for probably the 3rd or 4th time since this update) and now it won’t even let me reinstall! I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel both payments and will use something else from now on.

This app has helped my wife and I keep our hectic life organized... that was until a recent update. This has become unusable, calendar events are missing and go missing after we have put them back in. It now crashes, won’t load and I have to constantly double check things now. So what once provided a source of simplification and improved productivity, has become a miserable task to keep up with. Of all the lost productivity, my biggest gripe is the change they made to the calendar. It was set up in Sunday through Saturday format for years, and now it’s in Monday through Sunday format, which is incredibly annoying because no other calendar I use, has this format. So I can no longer quickly look at my month at a glance because I have to double or triple check dates. It’s small and petty I know, but the change is frustrating and there is no options to customize the view. Developers, please bring back the features of the app that made it great, or at least offer more customization. We’re already searching for new productivity applications
