  • Much improved and great for work

    By 06033paul (Pcmac user)

I own my on business and constantly on email and calendar from my office to the field and this works great and have had next to no issues which will surprise a fair amount for a Microsoft product. Seems like they are getting their act together (fingers crossed). Calendar email, and contacts ingrate well on iOS systems. Would have given five stars if they had the tasks/todo list from desktop on this which would be very helpful, have to rely on iOS task app. For that.
  • I need this app for work, but its unusable as is.

    By Metalhead216 (Pcmac user)

I need this app for work but literally every time I open an attachment, the app crashes. My current solution is to just forward all e-mails with attachments to an e-mail I have access to, and deal with the attachments there. As you can imagine, this hampers work flow and makes things rather inefficient. Edit: I added a star. My initial issue seems to have been fixed. Opening attachments no longer crashes the app. However, I still have an issue uploading my own attachments. The only options I have are to upload a new picture, pictures from library, or a signature. I need to be able to attach files from the Files app in order to use this properly.
  • Tons of bugs

    By R1845 (Pcmac user)

Often can't update itself to retrieve new emails. Sometimes good emails get marked as spam and quarantined, but there is a bug that prevents the app from releasing them. A rare few times I have sent an email with the app, only to check on my laptop that the emails weren't actually sent. The most annoying is when I open an email to search for a number or something, then switch to Safari to type the number in, then try to switch back to Outlook to verify the number and the app restarts and I have to search for the email again. Real fun with flight reservations. Typical Microsoft product that works ok most of the time but has tons of little inconveniences like that.
  • OWA is not loading my Exchange account

    By She voice (Pcmac user)

this app is refusing to load my account telling me to contact my account administrator. Microsoft for small business owners who use Exchange Online, you need to get rid of that stupid statement, it is akin to when windows would flash a message saying you performed an illegal operation when all you were doing was trying to save a file. Microsoft needs to stop thinking like software engineers and think like end users. Having said that, I do not like using the iOS Mail app on my iPad, I prefer to use this app. Clearly, if I can access my Exchange account through iOS Mail nothing is wrong with it and something is wrong with this app. Please fix the app and make it recognize my credentials.
