Download and install the Guided Mind app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Some good meditations, but gets expensive

First, be aware that only some of the meditations are free. While there are some really good free ones, the ones I was most interested in have required purchasing. I have bought several that I really enjoy. Unfortunately I Purchased one meditation by mistake. I asked customer service to swap that one out for another one of similar value. A representative told me that I could do so, but it took several days to get a confirmation. And then it was just a link to download something which required additional hassle. For $2.99, it’s no longer worth my time. I’ll just go ahead and buy the meditation and not worry about it. Long story short, I love the meditations. Customer service is not the greatest and it gets a bit expensive if You want to buy multiple meditations. Otherwise a very good app.

I have tried these the app meditations a few times now, and was asked to write a review. I find them very useful. The words are soothing. Most importantly, the guides assist me in thinking more constructively about my life and how I choose to act towards others. The lessons will help any person willing to absorb them. Guided Mind

If you are looking for the app meditation without any set schedule or format, this is a good resource. I think it's best for those with some meditation experience, but could also be useful as a database for those looking to add to their meditation routine. You'll most likely find favorite guides and then look for their entries- but there are also some "soundtrack" type of meditations that just provide a background in order for you to use.

I have tried many similar apps and chose this for its generous topics and guides. You can download meditations to listen to offline. I find the cost reasonable for the professional quality of the meditations and guides. Abundant topics to choose from which add guidance with anxiety, sleep, illness, surgery, addiction, childbirth and many many more.
