Download and install the Spark NZ app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Spark NZ on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Spark NZ"
The search will reveal the Spark NZ app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Spark NZ is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Spark NZ.
Now enjoy Spark NZ on PC.

✔ Pros:

- The app is essential for topping up prepaid balances for Spark prepaid lines.

☹ Cons:

- The app doesn't work for basic tasks like topping up prepaid balances.

- Adding lines and credit cards for payment doesn't solve the issue.

- The execution of the app leaves much to be desired.

- The sim card doesn't work and changing it results in losing money.

- The app is difficult to use and it's hard to find what you're looking for.

- Money disappears with no new data or texts after topping up.

- The app is useless and doesn't work for days even after updating.

I have four prepaid lines with the app. For prepaid lines, the app is essential for topping up prepaid balances. However, for me at least, the app doesn’t work for this basic task. I’ve added lines and added multiple credit cards for payment - and still can’t top up. I’ve spent upwards of two hours in chat with the app support and they can’t get it to work either. The app and system behind it are a great idea, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

Worst app ever, worst everything. Sin card doesn’t work, i have top up but need to change the sim since I can’t make a call. Lost 20$ when i change the sim card. Make a call hundred tme to the app centre but always machine pickup a call even after 8am. App doesn’t work well, do you know that you should check your app. My balance never update here, always shown the old balance.

Do NOT use this app. Several times now I have topped up my plan and my money just disappears with no new data or texts. App is difficult to use and it’s hard to find what you’re looking for.

I have not been able to do anything on this app for days. Totally useless Update: just updated the app and it still doesn’t work at all. Great job guys! 😐
