Crashes, No longer saves, And DELETED ALL OF MY NOTES!

Great app! It works really well, the fonts and themes are a really nice addition. But it crashes every time I use it. It's no major problem, but if it keeps happening I will uninstall it. (Update) I've had the app for three months now and have used it regularly. At first the crashing was my only problem but now it deleted all of my notes! I was writing a novel and all of the time, thought, and work I put into it is gone! I didn't press the wipe system data and I still have the fonts and themes that I paid for. I checked the intruder system and it was blank so nobody had tried to hack it. The app just deleted my things on its own! As if that isn't bad enough, I tried to start again but now it won't save! Can you please get my stories back or at the very very least allow me to save the new ones? Is it too much to ask for a reliable app these days?!
CRASHES!!

At first the app was wonderful and I almost considered updating it for the extra security measures and typing space but after recent use it started to crash. I had been typing something that I was a bit proud of and suddenly the app crashed And didn't save half my work. Frustrating but apps do that so I continued. I rewrote what was deleted and continued on but with in the same day the app messed up completely. I was unable to open any of my notes. I tried restarting my phone, getting the app out of my tabs, looking for updates... Nothing! It's been three days and it still crashed every time I try to access any of my stuff. You'd be better if writing your secrets in bright ink and leaving it out on the table, I'd rather do that then have it all lost to this silly app. I will wage a few more days and then I will remove it. It just takes up space.
Non-English speaking or just plain dumb?

The app itself works fairly well (more on that in a moment) but I wonder if the makers of this app are non English speaking or are they just unintelligent people with horrible grammar? Either way I'd think twice about doing business with them. Why wouldn't they take the time to make sure the ad copy for their app was written in proper English? Just have an American proof read it for them! In business it's very important to make sure spelling and grammar is correct because like it or not, your customers will judge you for it. Here are some hilariously bad sentences from just the welcome page. the app Diary- made with love for the peace of your mind Thank you for download the app Diary If you have any question or problem please feel free to contacting us There are A LOT more grammatical errors than this. Almost every sentence sounds like a Russian speaking broken English. To the app developers: please hire an American proof reader to look at this for you. The app is pretty decent. It's colorful and and fun. The upgrades are all in app purchases but I'm not going to give my money to a company that can't be bothered to speak proper English.

It's a good app it'd be great but I get booted off a lot and I can't change the theme or it automatically closes on me. It'd also be better if you could write something say at 9am and if for some reason you're interrupted be able to choose weather to keep the same time and date stamp when you return or not no matter when it may be, I have 3 children and sometimes it can take all the way up until midnight just to finish. Writing can be just what a person needs but at times it has to be put asides for more important things...
