Not able to watch series with over 30 episodes

When I try to stream series over 30 episodes from my Samsung TV, i can only watch the last 30 episodes. For example “Ma Feyi” series has 60 episodes’ i am not able to stream 30-60, i can’t watch 1-30. Note this problem is only with Samsung TV app.

Update: after removing the app and reinstalling it again I was able to sign in and watch the contents. Thank you for responding to my review. This app is here to kill us all. Can’t sign in to my dish account. The old app was not good but I could sign in to it after several tries but this new app is useless. Get your act together MBC it’s not like it’s a free app! I pay dish $45 a month and this app is part of it so make it work.
Please include option for homepage in English!

My grandmother is visiting from the Middle East and I would like to be able to play shows for her but I cannot understand the sections of the app because it is all in Arabic. Because I do not read or write Arabic I am having a very hard time using this great service! Also can this be compatible to stream via Apple TV??

As if the developers of this app worked hard to annoy its users. I’m a subscriber and pay whatever they ask to get this content. How difficult is it to make this content available on Apple TV and other platforms connected to a big screen? And when I AirPlay content on my Apple TV, the app does not allow to rotate the screen to a full landscape screen. Really not nice. By the way, this review is written in 2018 and not 2008 when this app seems to be stuck at.
