Great news, Terrible app

I love this app. They carry stories you won't read elsewhere and are unbiased for the most part. They've got some great reporters and their documentaries are top notch. Unfortunately their app falls far short of what I'd expect from the app. I used to think it was because I had an older iPhone, but since getting the 6 it's made little difference. Crashes often and a lot of the time mine won't update and load new stories. For an alternative news source that is especially popular amongst young people (who get most of their news online) it's ridiculous that they haven't fixed this app yet. Had to give 1 star because these problems have been going on way to long. Come on the app, you've got reporters risking their lives to find the truth; you owe it to them to do all you can to get their stories out there. Would love to change this review if u fix your app.
I love Vice News, but....

There are several things in the app that need to be fixed. You guys need to create an iPad version of the app, and in your articles, since I am only 16 and most of what's on the wonderful news you guys make covers stuff that started when I was just a kid, I would appreciate if you guys can cover some of the history on most of your videos, like the Na Fianna and Britain (which I am still clueless on what the rebellion is over but found it really interesting). That would be such a relief, but it doesn't have to be in the videos, but you can make a complementary article over the history of the video coverage. Just blurting some ideas out, and I think most kids my age would appreciate it when trying to understand what's going on in the world

The this app application is a solid source of representation for the popular news brand in providing detailed articles on the facets of daily life for people and regions around the world. The app can be used to read stories on politics, economies, crimes, technology and more. The app also provides access to documentaries on today's world that are both long and short in length. Users can set push notifications for breaking news and share content with others as well. A drawback of the app is that it is designed for the iPhone so iPad users will notice the old UI design and the downgrade in resolution quality from universal applications. Still the app does a good job in it's most important function which is to display content that allows the public to get a better grasp on the ongoings in today's world.
Gotten incredibly slow

Had this app for over a year now, the app covers important news unlike most other popular news outlets, which is why I enjoyed this app. But now it seems that the app (or possibly something else) has been incredibly slow updating with new news stories. When the main pages update at all, it only updates with one or two stories every time I use the app. The news sections haven't updated even so far as last November. I don't know if other users are experiencing this problem or if this just an individual issue for me.
