Can’t send to Collect App

Just frustrated with this new update that clearly hasn’t been fully tested. Can’t send my photos to the collect app (WeTransfer’s previous way of downloading WeTransfer files). Whenever I try to “open in collect app” it just takes me to the iOS App Store even though I already have the collect app. Once there, I still can’t even get my images into the collect app. I’d much rather only have one single app, rather than two, just to download my images. Even if I were able to get it into the collect app, this PAID update has just forced me to take extra steps just to get my files into the collect app. I thought updates were supposed to make things easier and more streamlined, not make things more difficult and time consuming. Another major flaw is when I click on the email link, it takes me to the collect app. Why not take me to this this app app? Why do I have to copy and paste from the email? The email hyperlinks need to be fixed or allow us to choose this app or the Collect App. Overall, extremely dissatisfied.

So first of all I barely ever write reviews I’m pretty sure last time I wrote a review was in 2016. Now that we have that minor thing down The app is on usable first time I tried it in so I can time dinner work and completely deleted my My paste and I really don’t want to go back and grab my link again and again and it’s sketchy in my opinion because they say nothing about Buying a full version of the app and there’s nothing wrong with it it just came without saying anything about it which seemed sketchy to me.
Photos read and write access?

Why does this app require read access of my photo library? Potentially a life saving app however cannot trust it with such access! 3 star rating just because this may not be a concern for everyone, but hope the dev can correct this to just write acces so the app can be used without concern. Thanks!
